We lost the old page with over 20,000 followers so now we are starting again in 2023. What address do I put so that my order arrives without problems?

We use postal mail for shipments, so you must put your address where the letters arrive or your box, either your PO BOX or your HC BOX or where you receive orders through the mail (USPS).

I put the wrong address in the order, what do I do?

In case you put the wrong address, it is extremely important that you communicate as soon as possible by message to any of our social networks.

How do I track my order?

Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, so that you can know where your order is going.

You can download the SHOP app, it has a purple background, there you register with your email and your purchase will appear with us after having made it and you can see in more detail if it was sent and where your order is going and when it arrives.

How long does it take to ship my order?

It takes 2-3 business days to prepare and ship your order. Once shipped you will receive your tracking number so you can see exactly when it arrives. If you have not received a tracking number, you can contact us and we will gladly help you.

What shipping method is used?

All shipments are sent PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS in the mail. Shipping costs us $14.55, however you don't have to pay it since we pay for it, shipping is FREE for you.

For shipments we use postal mail (USPS). Each order comes with its tracking number and is 100% secure.

To which destinations do you send your products?

We ship to all of Puerto Rico and all of the United States.

Also to virgin islands, that is to say any territory that belongs to the United States and has post offices (USPS) can be sent.
